I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The room was nice, super comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were wonderful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The location was perfect, near the center of Kingston, and I received great assistance from the Spanish Dreams staff member, Ellis. The morning dining experience offered delicious home-made yogurt. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean, although I had to switch rooms multiple times due to separate issues. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The location in Kingston was perfect, near the center and hosted by courteous staff. The dining options were limited but offered delicious aged USDA prime steaks.
